What You Can Expect?

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant
You’ll work with a team of around eight students to solve complex problems for our clients. Throughout the process, our leading partner consultancies will provide workshops and training sessions to help you excel and grow. The role requires a time commitment of approximately 10 hours per week, including:

  • Branch meetings

  • Project group sessions

  • Research tasks coordinated with Engagement Managers

 

As an Engagement Manager
You’ll lead the project and manage the team, working closely with the Consulting Director and regularly communicating with the client. This role involves approximately 10-12 hours per week, where you’ll:

  • Direct the project’s overall strategy

  • Ensure successful completion aligned with client needs

You’ll start by submitting an online application, where you provide your CV, indicate your preferred role (Engagement Manager, Senior Consultant, or Consultant), and answer motivational questions to give us insight into your background and motivation.

Third step

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP INTERVIEWS

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to participate in an interview process, which includes both individual and group interviews to assess your fit for the role.
